Coaches’ Meeting:

The coaches’ meeting will take place at Friday, October 30, 4:00 p.m. in the pavilion designated for check-in and awards.

Meet Site:

Rock Cut State Park – Loves Park, IL

Course:

All grass course with rolling hills.  Spikes or racing flats recommended.

Entries:

All entries are due Monday, October 26, 2009 by 11:59 p.m.  No emailed or faxed entries will be accepted. Online Entry Form

Entry Fee:

$ per team.  Please make checks payable to Beloit College.

Race Packet:

Will be available for pick up on Friday at the coaches’ meeting.

Meet Results:

Results will be distributed after the conclusion of the men’s race, prior to the awards ceremony.  Results will also be posted at www.trxctiming.com

Bathrooms and  Changing Area:

Available at Rock Cut State Park.  There will be a bathhouse open for changing, but the water will not be turned on for showering.  Restrooms will be open and available beginning the day prior to the Championships.

Beloit College, Carroll University, Grinnell College, Illinois College, Knox College, Lake Forest College, Lawrence University, Monmouth College, Ripon College, St. Norbert College.

Rules:

Please refer to rules 8.00 and 9.00 in the Cross Country section of the MWC Code of Conduct for all procedures governing uniforms, scoring, appeals, and awards as they relate to the MWC Championships.

Parking:

Parking is free and will be clearly marked at Rock Cut State Park.

Practice Times:

The course will be available for practice runs/walk-through on Friday, October 30 before and after the coaches’ meeting.

T-Shirts:

MWC Championship t-shirts will be available for sale on Saturday, October 31 at the Championships meet site for $10.00 (short-sleeved) and $14.00 (long-sleeved) each.
