| Race Times: | Women 10:00 a.m., Men 10:45 a.m. |
| Course: | SIUE has rolling hills with solid footing. Both races are double lined and flagged. |
| Course Inspection: | The course will be open to inspection on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning only. |
| Entry Limits: | None, one race, teams may run all eligible student/athletes. Open or unattached athletes must register separately and will run in varsity races. |
| Entry Deadline: | Entries are due by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 7, 2007. Online Entry Form |

| Scoring: | 1) Overall team scoring, 2) By division (Division I teams will be able use this meet as a counter) |
| Awards: | Varsity Race Top 25 individuals , Top 2 teams - Only one award per athlete, Open Race Top 10 Individuals. Will be conducted immediately after the conclusion of the men's race. Coaches; we will hurry to get this done before your athletes do their cool down. |
| Entry Fee: | $75.00 per team, $15.00 per individual/Unattached, make checks payable to TRXC Timing LLC. Team entry fee's will be calculated from the enter list. (No refund for scratches) |
| Trainer: | Trainers will be on duty beginning at 9:00 a.m. |
| Toilet Facilities: | Port-a-john's will be available near the starting line. |
