Coaches Meeting: 10:00 a.m. - South end of press box.
Additional Qualifiers: Coaches who have a 3rd or 4th athlete in an event who has met the MSHSAA District Qualifying Standard must submit the following information  - Athlete's Name, Performance, Site of Performance and Date of Performance to Fred Binggeli  for approval before those athletes can be entered.
Entries: Entries are due no later then Monday, May 10, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.  Online Entry Form
Scratches/Changes: Coaches can manage their roster until Wednesday, May12 at 4:00 p.m. Scratches/Changes
Bus Parking: Bus parking is available directly south of Congress Middle School as well as directly east of Park Hill High School just off of Congress Ave.
Concession Stand; Will be available North of Track
T-Shirts: Will be sold North of Track
Spikes: 3/16" or less  pyramid spike only.  NO needles or longer spikes.
Bullpen: Located on the benches on the 50-yard line.
Tape or Markings: Absolutely no tape on track, runways or jumping areas.  Tennis balls and chalk are O.K.
Spectator Areas: Spectators must remain outside of the track area.
Tents: Tents are allowed on the East bleachers and practice fields or anywhere outside the fence of the stadium.  No tents inside the stadium fence.
Weigh Ins: 10:00 a.m. - The shed located at the northeast corner of the stadium.
Locker/Restrooms: Rest rooms available.
Medical Arrangements: Will have Athletic Trainer on duty.
Performance List: Will be made available on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. by logging on to the website, click meets (select your district meet) then select the printer icon under ranking to create the performance report.
Heat/Flight Sheets: Heat/Flight Sheets - Will be made available on Thursday at 2:00 p.m.
