| Additional Qualifiers: | Coaches who have a 3rd or 4th athlete in an event who has met the MSHSAA District Qualifying Standard must submit the following information - Athlete's Name, Performance, Site of Performance and Date of Performance to Fred Binggeli for approval before those athletes can be entered. |

| Scratches/Changes: | Coaches can manage their roster until Wednesday, May12 at 4:00 p.m. Scratches/Changes |
| Bus Parking: | Behind track on Sterling Elementary Parking Lot - SW Corner of Stadium |
| Concession Stand; | Will be available. Located near main gym outside of track complex. |
| T-Shirts: | Will be sold. |
| Spikes: | 1/4" pyramid and less |
| Bullpen: | Northwest corner of track. |
| Tape or Markings: | Absolutely no tape on runways or jumping areas. Tennis balls and chalk are O.K. |
| Spectator Areas: | Spectators must remain outside of the track area. |
| Tents: | West outside of track complex area. |
| Weigh Ins: | Fieldhouse |
| Locker/Restrooms: | Locker room in Fieldhouse. Rest rooms available near concession area. |
| Medical Arrangements: | Will have Athletic Trainer on duty. |
| Performance List: | Will be made available on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. by logging on to the website, click meets (select your district meet) then select the printer icon under ranking to create the performance report. |
